🌞 Morning Glow Smoothie
Begin your day with a vibrant blend that awakens your body and mind. In a blender, combine 1 frozen banana, ½ avocado, a handful of spinach, ½ cup frozen mango, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and a splash of unsweetened almond milk. Add a scoop of your favorite plant-based protein or a teaspoon of spirulina for an extra boost. This smoothie is packed with fiber, healthy fats, and antioxidants—perfect fuel before a morning class.
